My heating went out on my central unit and I called SEARK for repair. They were there within 24 hrs. My unit was 24 yrs old so they recommended a complete new unit. I chose to get a new unit and had everything completed within a week. (took that long because of my decision delay). Everyone from the original call to the service call to the installation crew were so nice, professional the best group of people I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with in a long time. Was out running errands Came back home to find my outside unit was not running. Called and reported my issue with very nice lady Mrs Dee. They came out within two hours from the time i called . Two very respectful gentleman came out checked my outside unit to find burnt wiring . People please have your ac units checked yearly , this wiring failure could have caused a house fire if i hadn’t caught it so quick.
