This company came out 3 times and finally solved my problem. I was only charged the first time they came out. My drain float was not working right and the drain was not draining very quickly so now my problem is gone and my house remains cool. The guys were very professional and friendly. My heating went out on my central unit and I called SEARK for repair. They were there within 24 hrs. My unit was 24 yrs old so they recommended a complete new unit. I chose to get a new unit and had everything completed within a week. (took that long because of my decision delay). Everyone from the original call to the service call to the installation crew were so nice, professional the best group of people I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with in a long time. Thank you SEARK. I highly recommend this company for your heating and air needs.
They go above and beyond!!! Before we went on vacation they came out to check our unit since it was freezing up, it needed freon, apparently there was a slow leak, so we were hoping on extending it till spring since cold weather was approaching. We left for 2 week vacay in Hawaii, just as we’re heading to the airport to come home my step-son calls saying the unit basically exploded, oil and freon everywhere. The next morning (Wednesday) we called and they told us a soon as we got home to call back and they’ll send someone right out. Just a we got home at lunch my husband was trying to call them and meanwhile the tech was calling me saying he was almost there checking if we were home. Needless to say we needed a new outside unit. We opted to replace inside unit also since it was over 17yrs old. By friday (2 days later) the guys were there replacing everything and done by 1pm. Very satisfied with everything and everyone! Keep up the great customer service!!!!! 👍

Thanks to John Pyland/ SEARK Heating & Air. They installed my air conditioner inside and out in no time. Price was very very reasonable and the customer service was great. I experienced Great service with Seark heating and air, very professional staff. The office staff was equally as nice, helpful and professional as the installers. The installers were always on time and delivered excellent service. They cleaned up before leaving and hauled all debris away. I am very pleased with my installment.
