Highly recommend! Our AC went out and we decided to call Seark. They sent someone out within a few hours of being called. Not only was the gentleman fast, but he was very courteous. Their prices are INCREDIBLE when it comes to AC repair. I won’t be calling anyone else. Our family went from broiling to chilling in less than an hour 🙂 Thanks Seark!!
When you have had the privilege of knowing your HVAC tech for many years, there is no question who you want. John has a assembled a professional team that is continuing to grow and set the standard for all others to follow. When my 25 year unit finally crossed over to the great beyond, there was only one team I wanted – the SEARK team. A great unit at a fair price point and installed in one day. If you have had questionable service in the past, you owe it to yourself and your family to switch to a team that still understands what customer service is supposed to look like!
They go above and beyond!!! Before we went on vacation they came out to check our unit since it was freezing up, it needed freon, apparently there was a slow leak, so we were hoping on extending it till spring since cold weather was approaching. We left for 2 week vacay in Hawaii, just as we’re heading to the airport to come home my step-son calls saying the unit basically exploded, oil and freon everywhere. The next morning (Wednesday) we called and they told us a soon as we got home to call back and they’ll send someone right out. Just a we got home at lunch my husband was trying to call them and meanwhile the tech was calling me saying he was almost there checking if we were home. Needless to say we needed a new outside unit. We opted to replace inside unit also since it was over 17yrs old. By friday (2 days later) the guys were there replacing everything and done by 1pm. Very satisfied with everything and everyone! Keep up the great customer service!!!!! 👍

My air conditioner was leaking pretty bad until SeArk Heating and Air came to repair!! Debbie is so nice and friendly – felt comfortable and knew that we’d be taken care of! I really appreciated their quick response and expertise to find the issue and resolution!! Would highly recommend and have locked the number in for future maintenance and any repair – you won’t regret it!!
