My air conditioner was leaking pretty bad until SeArk Heating and Air came to repair!! Debbie is so nice and friendly – felt comfortable and knew that we’d be taken care of! I really appreciated their quick response and expertise to find the issue and resolution!! They go above and beyond!!! Before we went on vacation they came out to check our unit since it was freezing up, it needed freon, apparently there was a slow leak, so we were hoping on extending it till spring since cold weather was approaching. We left for 2 week vacay in Hawaii, just as we’re heading to the airport to come home my step-son calls saying the unit basically exploded, oil and freon everywhere. The next morning (Wednesday) we called and they told us a soon as we got home to call back and they’ll send someone right out. Just a we got home at lunch my husband was trying to call them and meanwhile the tech was calling me saying he was almost there checking if we were home. Needless to say we needed a new outside unit. We opted to replace inside unit also since it was over 17yrs old. By friday (2 days later) the guys were there replacing everything and done by 1pm. Very satisfied with everything and everyone! Keep up the great customer service!!!!! 👍
The repairman arrived within 30 minutes of my calling them. He was quick and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problem.
