Was out running errands Came back home to find my outside unit was not running. Called and reported my issue with very nice lady Mrs Dee. They came out within two hours from the time i called . Two very respectful gentleman came out checked my outside unit to find burnt wiring . People please have your ac units checked yearly , this wiring failure could have caused a house fire if i hadn’t caught it so quick.
I experienced Great service with Seark heating and air, very professional staff. The office staff was equally as nice, helpful and professional as the installers. The installers were always on time and delivered excellent service. They cleaned up before leaving and hauled all debris away. I am very pleased with my installment.

This company came out 3 times and finally solved my problem. I was only charged the first time they came out. My drain float was not working right and the drain was not draining very quickly so now my problem is gone and my house remains cool. The guys were very professional and friendly.
